Come for the laughs, stay for the lessons.

The Lobby Lounge at the world-renowned Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) will serve as the host venue for the chapter’s first-time event, and award-winning Trinity Repertory Company resident actor Fred Sullivan Jr. will deliver the entertainment portion of the evening with dramatic readings of bad press releases. To protect the not-so-innocent from any further embarrassment, PRSA/SENE will redact all names and organizations from the releases.

The program’s keynote speaker will be Michael Pranikoff, global director of emerging media at PR Newswire. A fellow PRSA member, Pranikoff will share insider tips on how to increase visibility when drafting and distributing news releases, based on the latest trends PR Newswire is seeing across the industry.
